This notice covers the public website, the early-access and contact forms, and the email updates. The Sinkaos app has its own terms, which the organisation running your operation agrees to.
Who is responsible
The controller is the operator named in the legal notice: Michal Roth, Company ID (IČO) 71546801, Průchova 1103/32, 150 00 Praha 5 - Košíře, Czech Republic. For anything about your data, write to hello@sinkaos.si.
What we collect and why
We collect what you type into a form, and nothing about you that you didn’t give us.

Who else handles it
Gransy s.r.o. (Subreg.cz) hosts the site, the forms and our database on servers in the Czech Republic. What you send through a form and your email-update subscription are stored in that database, and our replies and updates are sent from the same hosting. Gransy works under a data processing agreement and only on our instructions. Apart from the font request described above, we do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent for emails at any time with the link in each one.
If you think we got something wrong, you can complain to the Czech data protection authority, ÚOOÚ, at uoou.gov.cz.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the version and date at the top change with it. We don’t make changes that reduce your rights without telling people on the email list.
